Author's Kit & Guidelines
Prospective authors are invited to submit papers reflecting original, novel and unpublished work in these fields. Below are the detailed instructions on paper preparation and formation, paper submission process, and paper presentation.
Part I： Paper Preparation and Formation
The format for the manuscript of ISPACS2017 must satisfy the following requirements:
Part II：Paper Submission
Before your submission, please make sure that the following information is ready.
Note that all the information entered in the submission system must be the same as that appears on the manuscript file.
To submit your manuscript, please go to the 'Paper submission' link on the ISPACS2017 website http://ispacs2017.hqu.edu.cn. Following the steps described in the submission system, you will see a confirmation page displaying the paper number that is assigned to your, and email message will be sent to the corresponding authors' email addresses to confirm the successful submission at the end of a successful upload.
Part III: Paper Presentation
Authors are expected to present their papers at the conference upon acceptance. According to ‘no show policy’, only the papers that are presented at the conference will be submitted to the Xplore Digital Library.
Presenters are requested to sign the presentation report at the time of their presentation. The chair of each session will also check the presentation. Below are the instructions of two presentation types in ISPACS2017.
Each paper is allocated 20 minutes including time for questions from the audience. It is recommended that the presentation of your slides should take about 15 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for introduction by the session chair and questions from the audience. Laptop PC and projector will be provided in each conference room. Please test the presentation materials in advance of the session to ensure the compatibility.
The poster stand size will be around 1470 mm × 1470 mm. Format A0 (Vertical, portrait) will fit fine. A0 paper size = 841 mm by 1189 mm (or 33.1 in × 46.8 in). Each poster session is allocated 60 minutes. Authors are required present the entire duration of your poster session. You are expected to prepare a 5 minute presentation of your work, including your key idea, and be ready to interact with the audience that approaches your poster. Please arrive at the poster area about 15 minutes before your session begins and report to the session chairs.
