Final Paper Submission
Below are the detailed instructions on final paper submission. Please complete Part I and Part II to finish Final Paper Submission.
Part I: Final Paper Formation and Submission
  • The final paper must be formatted according to the paper template (Latex or Word). More details can be referred to ISPACS 2017 Author Kit.
  • Only PDF format is acceptable for the final paper.
  • The final paper must be certified by the IEEE PDF eXpress.
  • For creating IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file, please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress website ( To create your account, please click the link “New Users – Click Here” and fill in your information. The conference ID is: 41585X and the manual for the usage of IEEE PDF eXpress can be accessed from here.
  • Once you have a validated PDF file by the IEEE PDF eXpress, please log into CMT system and submit it as the final paper.
Important Notes:
  • The filename of the final paper should be the paper ID, followed by the extension “.pdf.” For example, if your paper ID is 200, then your paper’s filename should be named as "200.pdf".
  • The information of ALL AUTHORS (name, affiliation, email) should be filled in the CMT paper submission system. They MUST MATCH EXACTLY to those on the uploaded final paper file.
Part II: IEEE Copyright Form Submission
The IEEE Copyright Form must be completed electronically using the link in the CMT paper submission system. Upon completion, there is an option to download the completed IEEE Copyright Form in PDF. Make sure to download a copy of the completed form and upload it in the Author Console.

IEEE Policies
Authors are required to submit material that is original and that has not been published or submitted for consideration, elsewhere. Author misconduct, including fabrication of results and plagiarism of the work of others, shall be subject to sanctions by IEEE under the rules of Member Conduct.
The IEEE enforces a “no-show” policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend and present at the conference will be added to a “No-Show List”. The “no show” papers will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore® or other public access forums.
